It’s a chance to reflect and give thanks, but it also tends to challenge us to raise the bar for the next twelve! 2025 was a great year for Stacked, and we have a lot of momentum as we begin tackling what 2026 has to offer. 2025 was a landmark year for corporate collaboration environments, marked by the introduction of new hybrid spaces designed for productivity, communication, and connection.
Applegreen Dublin Headquarters — Smarter Boardroom Collaboration
We partnered with Applegreen to upgrade their main boardroom at Dublin HQ, creating a modern, hybrid-ready environment.
Applegreen’s key meeting room design at the Dublin headquarters needed a refresh, turning it into a sleek space fit for both in-person and remote collaboration.
The setup featured Shure MXA920 mics mounted on the ceiling, along with Extron hanging speakers, while Poly X70 handled video calls – tied together using two Samsung 85-inch screens plus hidden cables to keep things clean and sharp.
Crowne Plaza Dublin Blanchardstown – Corporate Town Hall Setup
Our team set up full audio-visual gear in a town hall space at the Crowne Plaza Dublin Blanchardstown, built to handle all the updates the company would like to show. The setup included two 16,000-lumen Epson laser projectors – alongside a four-speaker sound system, eight cordless mics, plus bespoke lights run through an Extron controller.
Trulioo – Global Boardroom AV Solution
Trulioo – big in ID checks worldwide – got a flexible meeting space from us, set up for live or remote talks; it runs on Poly audio gear, uses an Extron brain to manage things, while two Samsung screens show the action.
A neat, reliable system lets groups from different parts of the world work together like they’re side by side – no matter the distance
IDA Ireland – HR Training Room Upgrade
We teamed up with IDA Ireland to upgrade their HR training setup – using Clevertouch screens, linking in Extron switches, while adding built-in room cameras so hybrid sessions run without hiccups.
The update brings more freedom, wider access, while boosting teamwork during face-to-face or online meetings.
Aura Holohan Group – AV Upgrade Across Leisure & Fitness Facilities
We teamed up with the Aura Holohan Group, they’re focused on boosting health across Ireland by getting people moving, playing sports, or staying active. Their goal? Help folks feel better through physical activity.
The project involved replacing legacy display systems across their network, including Aura Leisure, Anytime Fitness, and DKIT Sport, with Clevertouch interactive screens and iiyama commercial displays.
The upgrade enhances internal communication, digital signage, and member engagement across multiple locations.
Public Sector & Hybrid Collaboration
Public and private organisations alike continued to invest in hybrid-ready AV environments that streamline communication and improve connectivity.
Public Sector Agency – 30 Boardroom RolloutWe rolled out an update nationwide, hitting 30 meeting rooms – each now runs Logitech Rally Bars linked with Extron controls while NUC PCs handle computing; management’s handled remotely via Extron GVE.
This project built a single flexible system for mixed meetings throughout the entire agency.
3rd-Level Education Sector – Heritage Boardroom Transformation
A college project got two 75-inch iiyama screens, along with a Sennheiser TeamConnect Bar; Extron controls were added too – all tucked into an old protected structure without clashing its look.
AbbVie Sligo
We supplied and installed Hikvision’s 55″ ultra-narrow 0.88 mm bezel screens, creating a seamless 2 x 2 video wall with stunning clarity and picture sharpness for AbbVie Sligo, transforming their reception area into a dynamic digital information point. The high-brightness display now showcases corporate videos, live updates, employee messaging, and real-time data in a clean, professional visual layout.
Retail & Digital Signage
Digital signage played a major role in 2025; companies used bold screens powered by live info to grab attention while increasing their presence.
National Concert Hall, Dublin – LED & Signage Upgrade
We felt good helping the National Concert Hall upgrade its screens – outdoor plus indoor LED setups, clearer path signs, along with a single NowSigning system for live changes.
Home Store + More – National Digital Signage Rollout 40 stores across Ireland
A complete rollout of in-store signs across the entire network – powered by bright Hikvision screens tied to NowSignage software, keeping messages lively and uniform from one location to another.
Peter Mark Hair, Dundalk – Window Display Installation
We swapped out old signs for a bright Hikvision LED screen at the front, so Peter Mark can now update images and brand content on the fly without delay.
Borrisokane Credit Union – Outdoor Digital Totem Installation
We put up a Hikvision outdoor digital totem at Borrisokane Credit Union – tough enough for rain or shine, this screen delivers real-time info while helping locals stay connected.
The totem runs from a central hub using NowSigning, so the crew can swap out messages or deals anytime – no delay when seasons change.
Whelehans Wines – LED Signage
We wrapped up the year by installing a slim, dual-face LED screen from Hikvision at Whelehans Wines – this setup brings eco-friendly digital displays to life through smart light adjustment that saves power.
Conferences & Team Highlights
In 2025, our Events crew kept expanding – just like the Engineering squad – handling solid setups and smooth rollouts at major events across the country.
CUMA Credit Union Managers Association Conferences 2025
We were really happy to join the CUMA Spring Conference & AGM, along with the 2025 Autumn event. In both gatherings, we connected with Irish credit union leaders – highlighting how audiovisual tools, screen displays, and teamwork tech improve member experience, along with remote meetups.
Fit Out Awards 2025 — Gold Sponsor
We were proud to sponsor the Fit Out Awards 2025, celebrating the people and projects shaping Ireland’s built environments from offices and retail spaces to hospitality and education. The Stacked team congratulates all finalists in the Fit Out Project of the Year – Retail category and was delighted to celebrate excellence in design and innovation on November 26th at the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road. Irish Hotels Federation – Showtel 2025, Killarney
We were proud to exhibit at the 2025 Irish Hotels Federation Showtel Trade Exhibition at the Gleneagle Hotel in Killarney.
Our crew from AV showed off how Stacked’s connected tools improve guest experience, make daily tasks smoother, and upgrade spots where gatherings happen across hotels and venues. Meeting up with folks in hospitality, vendors, or just people working in the field around Ireland felt great – besides, tossing in some no-cost swag packs here and there made it even better.

Besides each smooth setup, our focused AV Helpdesk crew handles daily tasks so customers stay linked without hiccups.
In 2025, the crew nailed a solid 98% fix-on-first-try success while holding steady at 82% problems fixed remotely
Over 48 thousand tickets got handled this year shows how skilled the crew is, along with their drive and sharp eye for solid support. While hitting big numbers, they stayed tuned into what users really need.
